first, we are both early 30's make about the same roughly (50k) a year.. i am thinking getting a decent quality diamond .90 carat on a platinum ring... seems to be about $3800-4500k price wise.. please be honest..... i saw the ring her x gave her.. it was yellow gold with a white gold top where some side stones were and a .66 to center stone was set that was a "gift".

granted she picked it out.. 1. my ring must be way better than the one her x gave her.. 2. i won't propose without a ring so taking her to pick on out is not an option.

Yes a DF was supposed to be private, but everyone knew every detail from MS's or Elderlet's or Elders themselves, and especially when 2 were announced, usually 2 teens...... Brother Jack and Sister Jill have been DF'd... Wow I wonder what they did.. Real private. I never respected the DF'd arraignment I would talk to DF'd at the hall regardless who saw me.

When I was very young An Elderly Elder close to 100 yrs was questioning me about a situation, he promised he just wanted to know if his gut feeling was right. He promised me no action would be taken. 2 weeks later an entire family was DF'd. I confronted that Elder the same night of the announcement... he told me I learned an important lesson. People lie he said. This from an Elder who was around as a JW in 1914, the Society recognized him as an important Brother. Newspapers had interviews with him. At 15 I learned Trust No ONE! So this is the Truth? Like an asshole I lasted only 20 more years.

How do you help a girl having panic attacks?

i am so inlove with this woman.... we have been dating for six months and she is finally starting to let me in.

she is the portrait of sweet country feminitiy and i am a masculine little macho but smart and sweet meat head.. she called me the other night having a panic attack.

well she texted b/c she couldn't talk.

Lots a good advice.. ask her if she has an episode if you should try to help or let her handle it. Because sometimes with Panic attacks you just need some quiet time or alone time. By asking what can I do might make it worse... they are all different types.

Broken Promises .......... take a chill pill yourself ... a little humor never hurt anyone.

Better yet go back to the Kindom Hall and ask them how to get rid of a panic attack and they will say. "Does she have Demon problems ?" Now that's FUNNY!
